Hi Dave,

I have a 2 bd room apprx 100 0sq/ft unit on the 17th floor facing the water that is due for completion in Jan that I am considering renting. What kind of rent do you think this unit could get? Also in the event I decide to sell it are you seeing any interest in units in this building?

hey there! My boyfriend is an experienced framer and does very well in other trades.. we see that you have enormous amounts of development going on here and would love to be a part of it!!! Hi Gen,

Sounds like your boyfriend has a lot of building experience. I would first check out Castanet as they tend to advertise vacancies.
You might find something there!
