<p>According to the Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board (OMREB), the average townhome sales price in the Central Okanagan at the end of August was $346,197 compared to Sonoma Pines Phase 7 introductory offering from $269,900. I believe that prices will start creeping up in the spring as the economy is already starting to recover. People will be kicking themselves for waiting.</p>
