Waterscapes is the latest master planned residential development to be unveiled in Kelowna. Situated at Brandt’s Creek the former railway land will eventually accommodate luxury high rise condos and family homes. This resort like community is being developed by Ledingham McAllister. With a great location just on the fringes of the downtown core and minutes from Okanagan Lake Waterscapes is sure to be a wonderful place to work, rest and play. This part of the downtown will really benefit from the development with a new injection of life.

I really became interested in your development when I seen plans. I think I had your floor plans mixed up with The Madison. Their plans have larger units which would create allot more interest. I will still certainly attend your open house on July 28 but with less interest.

I think that this will be a great development for Kelowna. I also think that it will liven up that part of downtown.

What a poor floor plan design for such an exquisite undertaking. I can’t believe that you have to walk thru the living room, dining room, kitchen and even the entrance foyer to use the bathroom. My poor guests and worse for seniors. I was really excited about this venture until I viewed the floor plans. Next timegive it more consideration.
Thank you.

It is essential to post unit prices , or at least a price range, for the Waterscape condos. We can not travel to your location and spend hours there only to find out that we can not afford to buy at Waterscape. Transparency is essential in todays real estate market.

My boyfriend and I travelled from Vancouver there a few weekends ago. The drive was exquisite and scenery was breath-taking. When we finally got to the doors of the Waterscape’s display I was very impressed with the care the builders have taken to make it inviting for its visitors. We called ahead before heading up so we had a good idea of the pricing as well as the square footage – there were no surprises. It was worth the time and certainly the longterm prospect of this area. WE got our feet into the HOT valley market.

Thank you to all the visitors to our site, may I remind you that the information here is for research purposes only, we do not act for any of the developers and make no assurances with regards to prices etc.
